Since May 1, 2023, with the entry into force of Law No. 13/2023, of April 3, amending the Labor Code and related legislation, within the scope of the decent work agenda, it has been assumed that the relationship between the activity provider and the digital platform on which he is registered (Uber, Bolt, among others) is an employment contract relationship.
